First Visit

We are pleased to receive you as a new patient to our office. We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our office, and to give you an idea of what you may expect at your first appointment.

Your first appointment will be for a thorough oral examination. Your past medical and dental history, your reasons for seeking care, and what you desire as results will be discussed. If necessary, films may be taken.

Periodontal diagnosis, dental implant diagnosis and treatment require a detailed study of your condition by way of clinical examination, x-ray interpretation, and other diagnostic procedures necessary to achieve an effective plan of treatment. Your questions and participation are most welcome as your understanding is vital to the success of your treatment.
